The corruption trial of McHenry County's top prosecutor is scheduled to start Monday.
Louis Bianchi is accused of using McHenry County resources and personnel to further his political career and then trying to cover up evidence.
Bianchi's secretary is on trial with him, accused of perjury and obstructing justice.
Both have pleaded not guilty to the charges.
But in addition to the trial scheduled that starts Monday, Bianchi will face more legal troubles. Last month, special prosecutors added more misconduct allegations against Bianchi. Those involve alleged deals to lessen criminal penalties for relatives and campaign donors. He's scheduled to be tried on those charges in June.
