The 2012 Farm Bill has now opened up for debate by Congress after the bi-partisan super committee failed to reach an agreement on how to make allocated cuts to reduce the federal budget deficit. The Farm Bill began as legislation to protect farmers against risks such as drought. But over the years, it's come to encompass programs that range from school lunch to organic food production. Worldview talks to Marion Nestle, professor of nutrition, food studies, and public health at New York University, about what some of the changes we could see in this year's bill. And, France has long been a country with a reputation for some of the best food in the world. But some say that's all changing.
