Wednesday on Afternoon Shift we delved into the science of sleep. Humans spend a huge amount of their lives sleeping, but still don't understand it very well. Steve Edwards was joined by University of Chicago's Dr. Eve Van Cauter and Dr. Lisa Wolfe of Northwestern University. They discussed their latest research and took questions from listeners on sleep and its many mysteries.
