Then, we'll talk with Larry Kalkstein and Steve Frenkel of the Union of Concerned Scientists about whether the unusually dry summer is the result of a new longterm weather pattern. Peg Solaski-Dorchack of MacCormac College joins after that; she leads the nation's oldest court reporting program, which celebrates its 100th anniversary this year. Chicagoans planning to continue their education have many options, but there's one school in the heart of the Loop that has a deep history with a specialty education track: MacCormac College has the country's oldest court reporting program, and 2012 marks its centennial anniversary.
