Ivy Dye began as a solo project for Adams, but it’s since grown into a 4-piece. With equal hints of late ‘90s indie, and mid-‘80s new wave, Ivy Dye’s crossbred retro elements come together in straight-up delightful, and ultimately fresh-sounding songs. The album gets its official release this Saturday and Ivy Dye performs a record release show that same night at Elbo Room in Chicago.
