Former Gov. Dan Walker died Wednesday at the age of 92. Many remember him as the Gov. who walked across the state, shaking hands and talking to residents as he campaigned for the office. But before he was Governor, he was a lawyer who authored The Walker Report which chastised the violent behavior of Chicago police during the 1968 Democratic National Convention. In the wake of riots in Ferguson and Baltimore calling for more accountability of police behavior, we take a deeper look at the Report. Also, music from Amy Speace.
