Radio M vs. Wilco. Well sort of. This week on the show host Tony Sarabia welcomes Wilco multi-instrumentalist Patrick Sansone.

Mali is a sparsely populated land locked country in West Africa but it's contribution to music is enormous. This week on Radio M we survey some of the Malian sounds in honor of Malian Independence Day.

Brazilian Independence Day may have come and gone but the celebration of Sete de Setembro continues on Radio M with a Brazilian Blowout. Host Tony Sarabia mines the vast selection of Brazilian music performed by Brazilians and others.

Yes it's the FOURTH Friday of the month but we have New Sounds nonetheless. Usually Chicago Reader Music Writer Peter Margasak graces us with his dry wit, more than occasional sarcasm and most of all, his impeccable musical knowledge every THIRD Friday of the month.

We're going to have a Wale of a time this week on Radio M! Host Tony Sarabia welcomes Jon Langford of Mekons and Waco Bros. fame...as his guest co-host. Langford  was born in Wales and although he doesn't speak a lick of the language he knows his Welsh rock and roll.
