Syria's doctors reflect on new aid

Secretary of State John Kerry says the Obama administration will ask Congress for an additional $60 million in aid to help the Syrian opposition. He also says that the U.S.will, for the first time, provide nonlethal aid like food and medical supplies directly to the rebels. Worldview talks with Dr. Zaher Saloul, head of the Syrian American Medical Society (SAMS), about what the aid could mean. The group has brought millions of dollars in medical assistance  to victims of the current conflict.
