Should Ukraine have greater links with the European Union?

Reports reveal that the European Union and Ukraine are having difficulty settling on an “association agreement” - considered one of the first steps toward full EU membership. A sticking point is the demand that the Ukrainian government release former Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko from prison.  We examine the state of relations between Ukraine and the European Union with Rutger University's Alexander Motyl.
