President Barack Obama addressed controversy over the activities of the National Security Agency in a speech this morning.

In his speech this morning President Obama said " a variety of factors have continued to complicate America's efforts to defend itself and uphold our civil liberties." He laid out a series of proposed reforms for how we carry out surveillance. Bruce Schneier joins us to discuss the changes.
