Twenty years ago today marks the beginning of one of the worst genocides of the 20th century. Estimates put the dead from the 100-day slaughter at close to one million people. We deconstruct what happened with former General Romeo Dallaire, head of U.N. peacekeepers in Rwanda in 1994.
