A humanitarian crisis at the U.S.-Mexico border

Brian Duran, 14, of Comayagua, Honduras traveled alone to the U.S.-Mexico border and hopes to soon become one of the more than 47,000 unaccompanied children to enter the United States since Oct. 1, 2013.

American border control have seen an increase in unaccompanied minors crossing the border from Latin America, creating a growing humanitarian crisis. Adam Isacson, a senior associate for regional security policy with the Washington Office on Latin America, joins us to discuss the issue.
