In these twilight moments of election day, pollsters, pundits and candidates are starved for information. What are the exit polls saying? What's the turnout? Have the polls closed there yet? What counties have reported? You get the idea. Getting a clear picture of it all is a huge problem right now - for news media and apparently the campaigns as well. I just spoke with Chicago Democratic politico Dave Lundy who's hanging out with fellow political junkies tonight - and getting calls from the Obama camp asking him what's going on. Apparently they're so starved for info amidst the election night chatter, buzz and bubble of their downtown hotel rooms, they're looking to those on the outside to fill them in on the latest reports from the media at this stage.
