Curious City is a news-gathering experiment designed to satisfy the public's curiosity. People submit questions, vote for their favorites, and WBEZ reports out the winning questions in real time, on Facebook, Twitter and the timeline above.
This third round's winner is Mike Cunningham from Chicago's Streeterville neighborhood. His question is: "What are the rules around the reversible lanes on the Kennedy Expressway? Has the idea worked?" We're tracking down answers now, so check back for updates as we go along.
