Illinois Attorney General Lisa Madigan

Updated At: 12:02am The Associated Press has declared Republican Dan Rutherford the winner in the Illinois treasurer race over Democrat Robin Kelly.

Illinois Attorney General Lisa Madigan and Secretary of State Jesse White were declared winners in their re-election bids earlier this evening. Both are Democrats. Republican Judy Baar Topinka won the state comptroller race.
