Analysis: Emanuel booted from the ballot

An Illinois Appellate Court panel Monday ruled that Rahm Emanuel should be booted from the February ballot. The court found that Emanuel fails to meet the one-year residency requirement to run for Chicago mayor. This reverses a previous decision by a circuit court judge and the Chicago election board. WBEZ’s Sam Hudzik has been following the story. Host Gabriel Spitzer asked Sam to explain the court's decision.
