Rahm Emanuel begins his first full day in office Tuesday morning. He was sworn in Monday as Chicago's 46th mayor. Along with the perks of the job, Emanuel inherits a lot of problems and a great deal of expectations.
Thousands of people turned out at Millenium Park to watch him take the oath, and later at City Hall to shake his hand. We chatted with them, and asked them what they want their new mayor to focus on.
