A founder of Greater Midwest Foodways Alliance dedicated to celebrating, exploring, and preserving unique food traditions and their cultural contexts in the American Midwest. Every month she organizes programs for Chicago Foodways Roundtable, a part of Culinary Historians of Chicago.
