Instituto Cervantes presented a collection of twenty-four drawings, the work of cartoonist Andrés Rábago, also known as El Roto, who is renowned for his satirical cartoon contributions to the Spanish newspaper El País. This exhibition also includes 16 panels by American political cartoonist Jeff Danziger, whose work appears daily on The New York Times website, The Huffington Post, and the National Memo. His work has also appeared in the Wall Street Journal, Forbes, The New Yorker, The International Herald Tribune, LeMonde, and The Moscow Times, among others.

This opening reception of the exhibition includes a roundtable discussion featuring Andrés Rábago and Jeff Danziger. The use of graphic satire in Spain and the United States is explored by these two gifted cartoonists.
