Discussion: Indiana Immigration Reform Bill

An Indiana Senate committee is hearing testimony today in Indianapolis over a bill to crack down on illegal immigration in the state.
The bill is pattern after Arizona’s controversial immigration reform law.
Indiana Senate Bill 590 would give police authority to arrest any person they believe is an illegal alien.
Opponents say this will lead to racial profiling.
WBEZ’s Northwest Indiana reporter Michael Puente joins us to talk about the bill.
