Today is the last day to register to vote in the February 5th Illinois primary.

There was a steady flow of people coming in and out of the Chicago Board of Elections office. Chicago resident Erica Weiss was one of those people there to register.

WEISS: I just needed to re-register. I changed my address and I waited too long to get paper in my printer so I had to come down here and do it.

If Weiss had paper in her printer, she could've printed out an online registration form and mailed it today. People who are already registered would only need to re-register if they changed their name or moved to a new address.

In Chicago people can register in person at the Board of Elections office downtown until midnight. Those wishing to register in other cities should check with their county clerk's office.
