Kids in Chicago will now have to be indoors earlier in the evening. The city council on Thursday approved a measure fining kids between the ages of 12 and 16 who are found out after 10:00 p.m. without an adult during the week.
The clock may roll back across Chicago if a new proposal goes through - the curfew clock, that is. Ald. Michelle Harris, Ald. Toni Foulkes and Ald. Lona Lane proposed a curfew for kids under 12: home by 8:30 p.m. on weeknights and by 9:00 p.m. on weekends.
