After two sessions of damning testimony presented by the city which could result in the revocation of his liquor license, embattled Congress Theater owner Eddie Carranza had his turn to defend himself Tuesday.
Members of the public joined Chicago city officials and police at city hall Tuesday for a hearing looking into whether the Congress Theater is a public nuisance.
