The FBI and Chicago area police are turning their attention back to the unsolved 1982 Tylenol killings. The crimes left seven people in and around Chicago dead after the victims unknowingly took Tylenol poisoned with potassium cyanide.
The FBI is serving more Chicago-area Palestine solidarity activists with subpoenas to appear before a grand jury. Maureen Murphy, 28, said she received a subpoena from two FBI agents at her North Side home Tuesday morning.
Grand-jury subpoenas Friday afternoon may signal that the federal government is expanding a probe of Midwest antiwar activists.Attorney Jim Fennerty said the FBI served subpoenas to at least two Chicago-area women who visited the Israeli-occupied West Bank this summer.
Statements finished by noon. The alleged victim will not testify nor her mother. Friends will identify her on the videotape. Prosecutors say Kelly orchestrated this sex video with lighting and instructions. Defense lawyers say Kelly is not the man in the tape.
