In Postville, Iowa on May 12th, 2008, 900 heavily armed immigration agents shackled and took away 389 undocumented workers while working at Agriprocessors, the largest kosher slaughterhouse and meat-packing plant in the country.
Under a new Illinois law, it will officially be considered a felony to conceal a person's death. Previously, people could only be charged with concealing a death of a homicide.State Sen. John Millner, R-Bloomingdale, of suburban Carol Stream sponsored the bill.
