Chicagoan Jason Savsani believes that sharing a home cooked meal with someone is one of the most intimate things you can do. While traveling in Siem Reap, Cambodia, Jason was hosted by a Cambodian family for a meal in their home. Jason will tell us how eating and sharing tales from their respective homelands inspired him to create “Meal Sharing,” to help people eat healthier, waste less and break down cultural barriers.
