We have a fantasy baseball league at work for fun. We've been doing it for about 7 years. It involves a bunch of guys from several different departments, including former employees. This year, the league was intense and it ended up in a tie.

The rumor circulating the internet right now is that the Bears could be interested in acquiring Terrell Owens from the Buffalo Bills.‚  Now this is only a rumor- we have no official word from the Bears, but thinking about it is pretty cool.

The U.S. House of Representatives is busy at work. The economy, health care, Afghanistan top the list of issues that need to be worked on. They've been so busy, they never called the following item to the floor.

Every Monday, I get a chance to go on our sister-station Vocalo.org to talk about the Bears game. I join host Brian Babylon and special guest Jerry "Zoom Zoom" Azumah to break down the game. Then? I get 5 minutes to rant about not just the game, but the Sunday football experience.

We are celebrating the 25th anniversary of the 1984 Chicago Cubs. It was 25 years tomorrow since the Cubs started the ill-fated NLCS in which they lost to the San Diego Padres in dramatic fashion.

This year marks the 25th anniversary of the 1984 Chicago Cubs. The team grabbed Chicago's heart and broke it in a trip out west during the NLCS. That year marked a few historic notes: In 1985, Major League Baseball switched the playoff format from 5 games to 7 games for the NLCS.
