Swans to blame for Villa Park death

Federal safety officials say the swans were to blame for the death of a Villa Park man in April.Authorities say 37-year-old Anthony Hensley worked to keep geese away from a condo complex near Des Plaines. He fell out of his kayak and drowned while checking out the swans.
