This week we’re taking a look at nuclear energy around the globe. Today we focus on China. According to the World Nuclear Association, mainland China has 13 nuclear power reactors in operation and at least 25 more are currently under construction. And that is just the beginning.
“China will be the world’s largest economy, it hopes to change the world’s currency regime, and it certainly has the public relations advantage right now,” says Ted Fishman, a Chicago writer and author of “China, Inc.”
