Trustees for the University of Illinois Wednesday are scheduled to vote on a tuition hike. Tuition would go up 6.9 percent for students starting this fall.Gov. Pat Quinn isn't saying if he endorses the move."The trustees came to that number. I'm sure they followed their conscience on that.
