The Washington Post is reporting that White House Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel is due to resign tomorrow from his position. ‚ Speculation has been swirling for weeks on whether Rahm would resign from his post, since Chicago Mayor Richard M. Daley announced he would not seek reelection.

They say that it takes a lifetime to make your first record and only a few months to make your second. If that's true, then it's no surprise that most artists face the dreaded "sophomore slump." But, a rare few release second albums that meet or even exceed the first.
