It begins on Friday, June 10, and runs through Sunday, June 12, at the <a href="http://emptybottle.com/home.php" target="_blank">Empty Bottle</a> in Chicago.<br> <br> Now in its second year, the festival’s lineup includes more than 30 underground artists in both sound and visual art. Music acts include <a href="http://www.hawksandsparrows.org/" target="_blank">Lucky Dragons</a>, <a href="http://www.myspace.com/peltuntitled" target="_blank">Pelt</a> and electronic music pioneer, <a href="http://www.mortonsubotnick.com/" target="_blank">Mortin Subotnick</a>.
