(2).jpg" alt="" /><p><p>Anyone who has survived a Chicago winter knows it is not for the faint of heart: It is cold, it is dark, it is gray and it is unforgiving.</p><p>Similarly, political missteps in the Windy City can be just as treacherous. Which made the current dance between <a href="http://occupychi.org/" target="_blank">Occupy Chicago</a> and the <a href="http://www.cityofchicago.org/city/en.html" target="_blank">City of Chicago</a> an especially tricky one.
