My number one interest, when it comes to the University of Illinois, is the students. I think they come first," Quinn said.</font></p><p><font size="2"><font size="2">Quinn, a member of the University's board of trustees, said he gets along with Hogan very well. The board met for an emergency&nbsp;meeting Monday to discuss employment related matters.
