Kids who dress in the emo clothing, a Western style of dress, and listen to emo punk music are often thought to be gay. The latest killings come after months of increased attacks, which may number as high as 100. <em>Worldview </em>talks with <a href="http://paper-bird.net/" onclick="window.open(this.href, '', 'resizable=no,status=no,location=no,toolbar=no,menubar=no,fullscreen=no,scrollbars=no,dependent=no'); return false;">Scott Long</a>, a fellow in the human rights program at Harvard Law School.
