It's just over a week away from the 2011 municipal election, so as people weigh their final choices &ndash; on this <a target="_blank" href="http://www.wbez.org/series/mayor-monday"><em>Mayor Monday</em></a>, the show decided to go inside one unit of power &ndash; the family.<br /><br />Every candidate running for mayor says we need to look at the city from a neighborhood level. But what if we view things from the perspective of a typical Chicago family? What are the most pressing issues that face families in the city?
