During his three years holding the post, the Superintendent generated both controversy and acclaim. Stepping in to replace Weis short-term is former top cop Terry Hilliard. A new superintendent will be appointed by Emanuel. So, what&rsquo;s in store for the CPD? Who might next lead the department?
