Sarah Koch is the co-founder of <a href="http://www.reaplifedig.org/Reap_Life/HOME.html" target="_blank">Development in Gardening</a>, known by its clever acronym DIG.&nbsp;They create urban gardens to provide nutritional foods to HIV/AIDS affected people. Several of their gardens are located in Africa.
