But, it was also a bit of a downer. Though Shouse can feast on food truck fare from one end of the country to the other, her home base Chicago still wasn’t hip to the mobile kitchen concept.<br> <br> Still, Chicago merits a couple of entries in her new book <a href="http://www.randomhouse.com/book/202957/food-trucks-by-heather-shouse/9781580083515/" target="_blank"><em>Food Trucks: Dispatches and Stories from the Best Kitchens on Wheels</em></a>.
