The rapid emergence of technology is becoming a critical factor in the capacity of neighborhoods, cities and institutions to address economic, political and social challenges. As people and institutions embrace easy access to these technologies, our urban progress is quickly shifting.

The 2013 UIC Urban Forum will explore the role of technology as a key element in enhancing the capacity of institutions to adjust and adapt to metropolitan regions’ emerging economic, political and social challenges.

Doors open on Thursday, December 5 at 8 a.m.  All attendees must register online prior to the forum. For the Forum agenda, list of speakers and to register your attendance, visit UICUrbanForum.org.
