At the height of the recession, we heard more and more about the "mancession." But as we see signs of economic recovery, men are starting to gain some of those jobs back. Where does that leave women? Are they benefiting from the recovery, too?
February's jobs report showed signs of hope for the unemployed (although some say we've seen these brief bright spots before). Of course new vacancies are good news for those eager to jump back onto the market. There are others, however, who have career stability but still want more.
