Slo 'Mo: Slow jams for homos (and their fans) presents this one-time-only holiday show that is jam-packed with your favorite soulful classics from Mariah, Stevie, Wham!, and more performed live by R&B/hip hop band Sidewalk Chalk featuring over a dozen special guests like JC Brooks (JC Brooks and the Uptown Sound),

Psalm OneMatthew Santos, Jeanine Mary O'Toole ( Bare Mutants,) Lili K. and more. This party is hosted by Slo 'Mo's creator Kristen Kaza and The Inconvenience's Isaac Ike Holter and will close out with a holiday dance party featuring Slo 'Mo resident DJ Tess Kisner on the decks. This show is 17+

Get down for a cause! This holiday showcase will benefit Project Fierce, a new 501c3 non-profit whose mission is to reduce LGBTQ youth homelessness in Chicago by providing affirming, no-cost transitional housing and comprehensive support services to homeless LGBTQ young adults. We will also be collecting warm weather items (hats, gloves, scarves, socks) and hygiene products (shampoo, deodorant, soap) for the Broadway Youth Center. BYC offers comprehensive services to LGBTQA youth ages 12-24.

Slo ‘Mo welcomes people of all identities, bodies and expressions uniting for the equal opportunistic style of soul music. There will be gender neutral bathrooms at this event, there are at all Slo 'Mo parties. Follow us on Instagram and Twitter @slomoparty and use the hashtag #slomospectacular for the event.
