Chicago's gang solution?

U.S. Senator Mark Kirk plans to seek $30 million in federal funds to combat the Gangster Disciple street gang in a program that would include mass arrests of the gang members. Kirk said members of the gang are responsible for 40 percent of the murders in the city. Law enforcement sources, including U.S. Rep Bobby Rush, says Kirk's planned solution has no basis in reality and Kirk himself has given few details. Former federal gang prosecutor, Matt Crowl, director of the University of Chicago’s Crime Lab, Harold Pollack and attorney Maurice McFarlin join us to discuss how this could work.
