Futurists Conference comes to Chicago

A thousand futurists from all around the world will gather in Chicago from July 19-21 to discuss the big trends shaping our future at WorldFuture 2013. Headliners include: Nicholas Negroponte, founder of the MIT Media Lab; Sheryl Connelly, official futurist of Ford Motor Company; and author Ramez Naam. They’ll discuss issues like: nanotechnology; building computers that think like humans; saving humanity from environmental collapse; geo-security environment; education, health. Invention expo on opening night featuring Chicago-based startups. Dr. Sukhwant Khanuja is the founder of Blipcare, a local entrepreneur, scientist and inventor and creator of the world's first wi-fi blood pressure monitor.
