Protesters denounce Walgreen's possible move overseas

Walgreen’s is considering to move their headquarters out of the country to avoid the US corporate tax. This move has drawn the ire of not only local protesters, but both Senator Durbin and Congresswoman Jan Schakowsky are on record against it, and even President Barack Obama may weigh in. William McNary, Co-Director of Citizen Action/Illinois, joins us to talk about the protest. Plus, Thomas Hungerford, of the Economic Policy Institute, joins us to explain the intricacies of tax inversion and why companies are employing the technique. Photo Courtesy of Flickr/ Walgreens
