Former politician turned media mogul Jack Ryan ran for Senate in 2004 against President Barack Obama but pulled out of the race after the media drudged out revealing facts about his private life. Ryan went on to create 22nd Century Media, which has been launching hyper-local sites and newspapers all around Chicago. Jack Ryan joins us to talk about the political scandal that ended his run for the Senate and why he launched his media company.
