Six years after America’s last financial crisis, most Chicagoans still feel like they’re in a fiscal pinch. According to a survey released by local brokerage service Charles Schwab, only one in four Chicagoans believe that their finances have fully recovered. The survey also revealed that just 13 percent of those polled believe the local economy is doing better.
