The federal government today released information on income poverty and insurance. The information was broken down by race and ethnicity. Although some races saw an increase while others saw a decrease, all races are still making less than they did in 2007. Valerie Wilson is the Director of Economic Policy Institute’s Program on Race, Ethnicity, and the Economy and talks about what this data means for the economy.
