SHARE Chicago Theater legend Sheldon Patinkin dies at age 79

Chicago’s theater community lost another icon when Sheldon Patinkin passed away at the age of 79. Patinkin was an original member of the Playwrights Theatre Club and had a big influence on the early comedy scene in Chicago. He was a consultant to both the Steppenwolf Theater and Second City as well as the chairman of the theater department at Columbia College and a mentor to countless actors and comedians. Andrew Alexander is the Executive Producer of Second City. He joins us to reflect on Patinkin's legacy.
