White Sox fans are a little disappointed today. Results from Baseball Hall of Fame’s Golden Era Ballot were announced and once again, Sox legend Minnie Minoso was a few votes shy of getting in. In fact, none of the ten candidates eligible for the Hall were elected. The top two vote getters, former White Sox first baseman Dick Allen and ex-Twins outfielder Tony Oliva only got 68.8 percent of the votes. One of them needed at least 75 percent to get in.
